Foundation of ESVO LLC.
Research and development in various spheres of science and technology, supplies of aviation equipment, repairs and maintenance of aviation technology.
By joint decision of Ministry of Industry and Trade and Ministry of Defense of RF all legacy of "Penza modelling design bureau" (PKBM) and status of design organization were transferred to ESVO LLC. that became the holder of rights to originals of design documentation of PKBM and NPP "ERA" manufacturing plant - the pioneers of Russian flight simulator design dating their history back to 1946.
With assistance of the government of Penza region and Rostec state corporation ESVO LLC. created a production facility in Penza on the premises of Rameev innovative technopark with total area of above 2 900 sq. m. Possessors of unique simulation competences - the specialists of PKBM with more than 30 years of experience in the field of technologies of modelling of aviation suites continued their activities in ESVO LLC.

Creation of production facility in Ulyanovsk specialized in design and manufacture of computer-base training systems (CBT) for preparation of aircraft and helicopters' flying personnel and technical staff. At present CBT systems for IL-78M, Su-33, Su-24M, Mi-28N, Ka-52K, Ka-52E, Mi-171, Mi-8MTV and other types and modifications of Russian-made aircraft and helicopters are developed and ready for supply;
diagnostics, repairs, software update, tuning, testing of Tu-160 and Tu-95MS aircraft refueling simulators;
repairs of procedural simulator of Tu-160 aircraft;
